# Assemble a coach-reviewed development portfolio
More time on the field. Less time in the office.

Audience: players
Status: downloadable learning guide, not a hosted portfolio portal or automated evaluation.
No ranking, selection or recruitment outcome is promised. No AI account is required.

## Outcome and inputs
Outcome: a private outline linking permitted evidence to coach-confirmed goals and open questions.
Inputs: agreed purpose/audience, dated permitted evidence, coach-confirmed goal wording,
private storage and a sharing reviewer. Use anonymous references in the outline.

## Purpose and boundaries
- Learning purpose:
- Intended audience:
- Coach-confirmed goal/reference:
- Private items that must not enter a shared version:
- Family/guardian review where appropriate:
- Outline version/date:

## Evidence index (references can stay private; do not paste full records)
| Item ref | Date/source | Type | Permission status | Relevant goal | What it shows | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DEMO-E1 | Example date / synthetic reflection | Reflection | Permitted example | Notice space before receiving | One remembered shoulder check | Measured improvement rate |
Unknown permission means HOLD, not permission to upload or share.

## Five-step workflow
1. Define a learning purpose and audience. Do not turn private coach notes into a public
recruiting profile without a separate decision.
2. Index dated evidence and permission status. Reference items rather than copying private
evaluations or clips involving other children into unapproved tools.
3. Link only coach-confirmed goals. Separate observation, interpretation and claim limits.
One example does not prove lasting improvement, a rating or superiority to another player.
4. Draft a short summary from selected evidence. Optional AI can organize anonymous notes,
not invent statistics/endorsements or claim to have watched material it never received.
5. Coach reviews wording and soccer claims; family reviews audience/permissions as appropriate.
Record an approved version. Uploading, sharing and team-record edits are separate actions.

## Reusable learning summary
My coach-confirmed focus:
Evidence selected (anonymous references only):
What I noticed:
What remains uncertain:
My question for the coach:
Coach's actual response (leave blank until received):
Coach-confirmed next focus (not an AI prescription):

## Fictional example
DEMO-E1 is a permitted reflection: I remember checking over my shoulder once before receiving.
Goal confirmed by coach: notice space before the ball arrives.
Summary: This is one example to discuss. I do not know how often I checked.
Unsupported claim to exclude: My scanning improved by 40 percent.
A separate clip has unknown sharing permission: HOLD and exclude from the shareable version.

## Optional wording prompt for an approved, age-appropriate assistant
Organize the anonymous approved goal and evidence notes below into a short learning outline.
Separate observations, interpretations, unknowns and questions. Preserve evidence references.
Do not invent progress rates, grades, rankings, endorsements or recruitment/selection claims.
Do not label goals coach-confirmed unless explicitly supplied as confirmed.
Do not claim to have watched unavailable evidence, request personal records or send/upload anything.
Confirmed goal: [paste approved anonymous wording]
Permitted evidence summaries: [paste anonymous notes and claim limits]
Audience/purpose: [paste]
Return: focus | evidence references | cautious learning summary | coach question | held items.

## Sharing-review record
- Coach-reviewed claims/version/date:
- Permissions checked for every included item:
- Intended recipient/audience approved:
- Family/guardian review as appropriate:
- Held items excluded:
- Separate sharing authorization:
Use approved tools under applicable guardian guidance. Keep children's identities, birth dates,
schools, medical details, private evaluations and other players' footage out of unapproved AI.
A portfolio outline is not a public profile, verified skill grade or guarantee of any outcome.
