# Map weekly themes to approved session options
More time on the field. Less time in the office.

Audience: coaches
Status: practical manual planning worksheet with optional AI help.
The integrated periodization planner remains planned/development work, not a hosted feature
provided by this guide. This is not a workload or recovery prescription.

## Outcome and inputs
Outcome: a week-by-week session shortlist with match evidence, gaps and coach decisions.
Inputs: coach-supplied week labels/themes, team level/context, permitted approved session
descriptions, stable drill references, confirmed minutes/numbers/space/equipment and
coach-supplied suitability criteria. Do not invent a seasonal sequence.

## Plan source
- Team reference (anonymous):
- Plan version/date:
- Coach reviewer:
- Week/objective source:
- Confirmed constraints:
- Missing information:

## Approved-session inventory
| Drill ref/version | Stated objective | Level/context | Numbers | Space/units | Equipment | Duration | Unknowns |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | | | | | | | |

## Weekly match map
| Week ref/theme | Candidate drill ref | Evidence for match | Constraint mismatch/unknown | Status | Coach decision |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DEMO-W3 / supporting angles | DEMO-D1 | Stated objective matches | Needs 30 x 40 yards; supplied area 20 x 20 | Adaptation needed | Pending |
| DEMO-W3 / supporting angles | DEMO-D2 | Objective and supplied constraints match | None recorded in supplied description | For coach review | Pending |
Synthetic example only. No session is selected until the coach confirms suitability.

## Five-step workflow
1. Copy the coach's existing plan and constraints with versions. Missing themes stay questions.
Do not alter training frequency, intensity, recovery or a seasonal sequence through AI.
2. Summarize approved session sources. Separate facts from unknowns and check use permissions.
3. Match the learning purpose and constraints, not only keywords. Preserve drill references.
Mark proposals requiring adaptation instead of silently modifying drills.
4. Keep for-review options, adaptation proposals and unmatched themes distinct.
Do not fabricate references or assume unknown duration/suitability fits.
5. Coach checks the actual session and records selection/rejection, version and questions.
Recheck after context changes. Library updates, plan changes and sending are separate actions.

## Gap log
| Week/theme | Missing evidence or session option | Coach question | Owner | Resolution source |

## Optional sanitized AI prompt
Using only the coach-supplied weekly objectives, constraints and approved session inventory,
make a candidate map. Preserve week/drill/version references and cite supplied match evidence.
Separate for-coach-review, adaptation-needed and no-supported-match.
Do not invent drills, change the season plan, prescribe workload/recovery or label a choice approved.
Do not move content between libraries, save to a system or send sessions.
Plan/constraints: [paste anonymous approved details]
Approved session inventory: [paste permitted summaries and references]
Return: week | candidate reference | evidence | mismatch/unknown | question for coach.

Keep children's identities, individual evaluations, medical details and private club documents
out of unapproved tools. Use only material you may process; do not copy sessions between
coach, club and master collections without permission.
A thematic match is not proof of suitability or a complete session schedule.
