# Check a recreated drill against the source sketch
More time on the field. Less time in the office.

Audience: coaches
Status: practical review guide. Use available account-enabled image import or recreate manually
on the existing board. This worksheet adds no import capability or extraction accuracy guarantee.

## Outcome and inputs
Outcome: coach-checked editable diagram plus a traceable interpretation log.
Inputs: permitted source image, separate recreated board version, supplied legend/notes
and a coach to clarify roles, dimensions and movement. Keep the original unchanged.

## Scope
- Source reference/version:
- Recreation version:
- Supplied author/attribution reference:
- Cropping/legibility limitations:
- Supplied legend:
- Reviewing coach/date:

## Interpretation log
| Source region/mark | Visible evidence | Proposed object/meaning | Confirmed or assumption? | Coach question/answer | Corrected board version |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | | | | | |

## Five-step comparison
1. Preserve source and note unreadable/cropped details. A clean redraw does not resolve illegible text.
2. Count visible marks and proposed objects. Confirm roles from legend or coach.
Do not assume triangles are cones or circles belong to a particular team.
Confirmed neutrals need a distinct third color and role label.
3. Copy only confirmed measurements/units. Sketch proportions do not establish dimensions.
Keep unknowns explicit; a confirmed small grid should not imply a full marked pitch.
4. Trace each arrow's source/target/meaning. Unfamiliar line style is not proof of pass/run/dribble.
Static alternatives are not automatically a motion sequence; confirm timing with the coach.
5. Resolve mismatches, recompare and approve a version. Label adaptations separately from
source facts. Library publishing, exports and sharing require separate authorization.

## Object and geometry checklist
- Source marks counted separately from interpreted roles:
- Team/player counts confirmed:
- Neutral role and distinct color confirmed if applicable:
- Cones/goals/balls confirmed:
- Dimensions AND units confirmed, or unknown:
- Boundaries/field background appropriate:
- Arrow meanings and animation order confirmed, or left static:
- Remaining unreadable material:

## Synthetic exercise
Source: eleven circles, one unclear N label, no legible dimensions.
Draft: 5v5 + 1 neutral; 20 x 20 yards.
Review: both role split and size are assumptions until the coach verifies.
If neutral is confirmed, use a third color. If dimensions stay unknown, do not retain 20 x 20
as a source fact. Coach adaptations must be labeled as adaptations, not recovered handwriting.

## Optional sanitized AI prompt
Compare only this permitted source evidence/legend and the supplied board-object description.
Separate visible source facts, uncertain interpretations, draft mismatches and coach adaptations.
Preserve source-region references and version labels. Do not infer dimensions from proportions,
team roles from unlabeled marks or animation order from a static sketch.
Do not claim to have seen an unavailable image or invent unreadable writing.
Do not publish, share or change a library. Return questions for the coach.
Source/legend: [attach only if permitted, or paste a sanitized description]
Board version/objects/arrows: [paste anonymous details]
Return: source evidence | proposed interpretation | confidence limit | coach question | recheck.

## Decision and privacy checkpoint
- Approved recreation version/date:
- Source-confirmed details:
- Coach-confirmed additions/adaptations:
- Remaining holds:
Use only material you may process. Remove children's names, private notes, roster details and
identifiable photos before using unapproved tools. Preserve attribution where appropriate.
Keep private board/storage links out of shared worksheets. This resource sends nothing.
