# Check a drill animation before sharing
More time on the field. Less time in the office.

Audience: coaches
Status: practical manual workflow; optional AI-assisted review. Not automatic approval.
Use your existing board and your account's available export options.

## Outcome and inputs
Outcome: a reviewed version and an explicit share-or-hold decision.
Inputs: approved brief, board version, dimensions/units, player counts/roles, equipment,
movement intent, intended audience, approved sharing channel and permissions.

## Review checklist
1. Count both teams and neutrals independently. Confirm a distinct neutral color and role legend.
2. Confirm grid dimensions/units; small training areas must not imply a full lined match field.
3. Check goals, cones, boundaries and balls against the approved brief.
4. Follow every step slowly. Preserve player identity; distinguish passes, runs and dribbles.
5. Track ball possession. Stop for passes to missing markers or unexplained disappearing objects.
6. Open the actual exported file independently, on a recipient-like screen.
7. Inspect first/last frames, framing, label readability, pacing and loops if applicable.
8. Use only available export formats. Do not bypass watermarks or account limits.
9. Remove private names/notes; confirm branding permission and the intended audience.
10. Record a decision. Recheck the export after changes. Sharing requires a separate human action.

## Synthetic exercise
Approved brief: 5v5 + 1 neutral, 30 x 40 yards, no goals.
Teams blue/red; neutral yellow. Step 2 passes to a marker removed during an edit.
Decision: HOLD. Correct the intended target, then replay and export the corrected version.
Verify the new file, not just the editor preview. This is fictional, not a universal drill prescription.

## Optional sanitized AI prompt
Using only the anonymous brief and review notes below, organize a checklist exception report.
Separate confirmed matches, mismatches and unknowns. Preserve source and version references.
Do not invent motion, inspect an unavailable file, certify privacy or declare permission to share.
Do not send messages, publish files or change the board. Ask the coach about missing evidence.

## Release decision
- Decision: SHARE / HOLD (select one)
- Unresolved issues:
- Reviewed export version:
- Coach approval/date:
- Separate sharing action authorized?:
A checked preview is not a checked export. A completed worksheet is not proof of recipient access.
