# Turn confirmed results into a reviewed club recap
More time on the field. Less time in the office.

Audience: administrators
Status: practical AI-assisted writing guide, not an automatic feed or posting service.
Use alongside your existing league and club tools. Official records remain there.

## Outcome and inputs
Outcome: a source-linked draft recap plus a private exception list.
Inputs: approved result snapshot, match references, dates, home/away order, scores/status,
approved display names, audience/tone, cutoff time, permissions and a staff reviewer.

## Scope
- Reporting period:
- Cutoff time:
- Source snapshot/version:
- Reviewer and intended audience:
- Approved public team naming convention:
- Draft version:

## Private result ledger
| Match ref | Date | Home | Away | Home score | Away score | Status | Source ref/version | Club side confirmed? | Ready or hold? |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DEMO-01 | Example date | Club Blue | Club Orange | 2 | 1 | Final | SYNTHETIC-1 | Home | Ready |
| DEMO-02 | Example date | Club Green | Club Blue | Unknown | Unknown | Unconfirmed | SYNTHETIC-1 | Away | Hold |

These examples are fictional. A blank score is not 0-0 and an elapsed match date is not proof of a final result.

## Five-step workflow
1. Freeze the reporting window and source versions. Separate final, scheduled, postponed,
abandoned and disputed status; preserve exactly what the source confirms.
2. Use one row per stable match reference. Verify home/away score orientation and the club side.
Keep any supplied shootout or aggregate result distinct. Do not infer advancement.
3. Hold conflicts, unclear orientation and incomplete statuses. Record both references and
ask the designated staff member. Do not silently select a preferred source.
4. Draft only from approved rows. Keep private match references beside draft lines.
Do not invent scorers, saves, quotes, comebacks, standings or development claims.
5. Review against the ledger, check display names/permissions and approve a specific version.
Any graphic must match the approved text. Posting/sending requires separate authorization.

## Exception log
| Match ref | Source conflict or missing fact | Question | Owner | Decision evidence | Rechecked? |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DEMO-02 | Score/status unconfirmed | Is a final result approved? | Staff reviewer | Pending | No |

## Synthetic draft
DEMO-01: Club Blue recorded a 2-1 home win against Club Orange.
DEMO-02: Excluded pending confirmation. Do not publish a result placeholder as if final.
No scorer, table position or advancement claim is supported by these rows.

## Optional sanitized AI prompt
Using only the approved anonymous result rows below, draft a short, neutral club recap.

Use only rows marked Ready. Return Hold rows separately with questions for staff.
Do not infer completion from dates or convert blank scores into draws.
Do not invent highlights, scorers, quotes, standings, titles or advancement.
Do not send, schedule or publish anything, change official results or generate a recipient list.

Result confirmation does not grant photo permission. This worksheet sends nothing.
